Driving Directions
From San Diego
Travel north on Interstate 5 and take Exit 50 for Carlsbad Village Drive. Turn left onto Carlsbad Village Drive, then left onto Carlsbad Boulevard. Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort will be immediately on your right, just steps from the beach.
From Los Angeles
Travel south on Interstate 5 and take Exit 50 for Carlsbad Village Drive. Turn right onto Carlsbad Village Drive, then left onto Carlsbad Boulevard. The resort is located immediately on your right, in the heart of Carlsbad Village.
Arrive by Rail
Sit back, relax, and enjoy one of Southern California’s most picturesque rail journeys aboard the COASTER commuter train. Traveling along the coastline between Oceanside and Downtown San Diego, the route offers sweeping ocean views before arriving at the Carlsbad Village Station, located just three short blocks from our resort.
The journey from Downtown San Diego takes approximately one hour, making the COASTER a convenient and scenic alternative to driving.
